Marika Puppinck Rathle is a Member of the Global Retail, Apparel & Luxury Goods Practice. She is also a core member of the firm’s global Consumer, Marketing Officer, Digital and Private Equity practices.

Leadership evaluation and executive recruitment
- Before joining Spencer Stuart, Marika was a partner within another global executive search firm for 13 years and was a member of the global retail fashion and luxury practice and of the European leadership advisory board. From Paris, San Francisco and London, she served international private and family- owned organizations, public companies and private equity-backed clients within the retail, fashion, luxury, consumer, media, hospitality and leisure, and digital sectors.
- Marika has helped founders, boards and their organizations to select and recruit advisers, non-executive directors, C‐level executives and direct reports to build successful cross-functional leadership teams. She also contributed to various strategic leadership consulting engagements involving organization design, leadership assessment, transformation and change management.
- Previously, Marika worked for another executive search firm in Paris. Earlier in her career, she worked within ABM Amro’s legal department and sales at Louis Vuitton Malletier in Paris.

Marika earned a B.A. in law from Strasbourg Robert Schuman University and attended the Erasmus European Law Program at the Leuven University. She holds an adviser role in a European company supporting retail development. She speaks fluent French and English.
